There are two events on the Sway’s sim. One is a hunt (go here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/SwayLand/130/127/21): you are looking for lily flowers, some of which have passwords for hunt prizes and some of which are empty. I was spectacularly unsuccessful at this, and after I’d found just one password and seven empty flowers I gave up. However, you may well have better luck: the Sway’s hunts always have nice prizes. I got a straw hat, the Zacca’s prize.
The second event is the fu-rin (windbell/wind chime) market. I bought lots of these, they are so pretty, and the pictures show some of the display carts. The bells are all 70 Linden each, and there are a few other items like poppen (things you blow to make a clicking sound, but they are lovely display objects, bottom left in the picture below). The fur-in tinkle and rotate on click.
