The best tip I have for you for actually getting to the fair is this: open up the world map, and search for Dreamseeker Home Expo. You should end up with a list of sims numbered 1-14. You can then choose one randomly, or by the number if you’ve seen it referenced somewhere. Or — my favorite way — look at the map and choose a sim with the least number of people on it !
